Ok here I am speaking from my own experience. But I think it may apply to many.
The answer in my view is to connect with the higher Being. Who or what is this being? These are very good questions. But once you go through them and delve into the matter you may find something really amazing and at the same time very beautiful. At this point you have reached happiness. Your life has done a turning point.
